6-Week, 4-Day Program. This program will solidify the foundations necessary before advancing into "Gains 201." THIS PROGRAM IS IDEALLY FOR: Group Fitness Enthusiast, Runners, Dancers, and borderline masochist. This program will require a gym.



1 Class. Saturday at 1:30PM


Extra Curricular FITNESS!

This program is meant to supplement an already existing workout.
